Julius Jones or Anthony Gonzales Flex Start?

I am in a PPR league and can't decide who to start between Julius Jones and Anthony Gonzalez. The concern over starting Jones is how many carries he will lose to Edgerin James and I also expect Anthony Gonzalez to have a great year. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As a side note, I am planning on starting the Seattle defense because I like the matchup. I also have the Jets defense but am hoping they get lit up by the Texans. Side thoughts on whether this is a good decision would also be welcome. Thanks in advance and here is the rest of my squad...

Temper this with the fact that I'm a Colts fan, but I'd start AGonz. I think MJD runs all over the Colts and Manning has to go to the air to keep the score up.

I know Seattle is looking forward to more runs, but since Jones is going to get max 60% of go with Gonzales. Especially in a PPR league unless it is some other #1RB you will be talking about.
