Standard PPR league. Picked up Mike Bell with Pierre Thomas uncertain to start. However being PPR, I wonder if I should use a WR for flex? Also, which QB will do better?

Go with Sanchez, Orton will throw similar numbers at best, if not pick city.
Tough call here with Cotch and Mike Bell, but I like Mike Bell better, Detroit will most likely be blown out, so there will be plenty of carries of Bell. Although Cotchery is still a viable 4 catch 80 yard 1 TD option
Hey thanks for the reply. I would suggest going with Orton and Bell. While I like Sanchez, I think he needs time to get his feet wet first. They will run a lot and Houston is not the worst D. Same reason for Bell over Cotchery...Jets will run. With Bell, Bush will still carries and rec. However, this is Detroit. While Orton is...well Orton, he is going against Cincy and has Marshall. Not a great option at QB either way, but my verdict is Orton and Bell.
i gotta say go with orton and bell. bell is an easy pick imo and with the qbs i say you can't trust a rookie at all until he proves himself. yeah he might have a good game but he may wind up throwing 3 picks and 187 yrds. go with orton (never thought i'd say that)
QB: Out of those 2, I would go with Sanchez. I really see this as coming down to who screws up less. I think Orton will have more opportunities to screw up, and that he "capitalize" on these opportunities. I know the Bengals D isn't great, but Denver just seems like a disaster right now. Really if I were you, I would drop Sanchez and get C. Pennington, M. Stafford, or S. Hill. At least 1 of those 3 should be available on waivers, and I like them all better than your options this week. After week 1, you can probably get Sanchez back for week 2 if you are so inclined.
Flex: Mike Bell is a definite keeper this week. Reggie Bush will ensure that Bell doesn't benefit much from PPR, but Bell should rack up the rushing yards and TD is very likely. Despite the good matchup, I'd probably sit Julius Jones. He isn't going to catch many (if any) passes, and Walter Jones (Seattle's star tackle) is out. I think MJD and Bell should be locked in as your RB's, and Flex should be either Cotchery or Ward. I could be wrong about this but I see Ward catching at least as many passes, if not more, than Cotchery. Cotchery has more upside if Sanchez can find him consistently, but I don't think he will get enough opportunities. Cotchery will have longer receptions, but Ward will have more of them (not to mention rush yds). Close call, but I say Ward for flex.
I had initially kept Orton on. Even with better receiving squad, I was concerned that his finger injury might hamper his production, or the worse sideline him. Houston and Cincy Pass D was almost same last season, and this preseason Cincy Pass D has been better.
I do have Shaun Hill available and I am going to get him for Sanchez. But I am as much doubtful of Shaun Hill against Cards for Week 1.
Heck I think I will to go with Orton. He does have good weapons.
