6pt rush TD, 1pt for each 10yds rush or rec.
4pt pass td, 1pt for each 25yds pass.

Both QB's should put up nice #s. I would start Jackson since he is without a doubt the starter for Buffalo right now. The other guys need injuries to happen in order to produce.
