Ok I have Matt H for Seattle And Romo For the Cowboys who is the BEST start. Seahawks at home against The Weak Rams or Romo on the road at Tampa. The D to Start is Eagles on the road at Carolina or Seahawks at home against the Rams! Thanks Will help you!
I was a Cheerleader In HS and College I now working as a Cheer Instructer at a HS! Im a Female who Loves Fantasy Football!

Go Hawks! Having said that, I think you should go with Romo. I do however think that the Seahawks D is a better play than the Eagles. Good luck
