Voted Worse Team in my league. HELP!!!

Thank you everyone for the input. I guess I needed to address my QB situation so bad that I didn't think about how much I would be giving up. I will definitely reject this trade and take my chance with Palmer.

I have another problem. Most of my players have a bye on week 5. All I have left are:

QB-Carson Palmer
WR-Anthony Gonzalez?????
WR-Derrick Mason
RB-Michael Turner
TE-none
W/R-Fred Jackson
BN-Rashard Mendenhall

Should I drop Anthony Gonzalez and try to pick up a WR now or wait and see if he will be back?
How about Rashard Mendenhall? Should I drop him and pick up a TE or WR now?
My guts tell me to drop both of these players and get help at other positions since my WR and RB core are pretty deep. Any input on this will be appreciated. Thanks.

I did it. Dropped Anthony Gonzalez for Benjamin Watson. I hope this move doesn't come back and bite me the you know what.

Should I pick up Byron Lefwich and drop Rashard Mendenhall? Or maybe wait to pick up a WR for week 5?
