I think we see why Norv was hired by his butty GM Smith - he is a puppet. The Bolts get pissed at LT, so they franchise Sproles (sillyness) Now Smith tells Norv to play Sproles more. Sadly, this sort of foolishness happens in many NFL front offices. Could be happening in Cleveland with Quinn starting over Anderson, Detroit with high paid, high profile QB Stafford playing instead of vet Culpepper. Oh, and Oakland where spray-gun Russells is your starting QB.
