QB dilemma: Cutler or Hasselbeck?

Postby Boognish » Sun Sep 13, 2009 8:58 am

Hasselbeck is playing at home, against the lowly Rams, but his OL is super beat up right now. Cutler has to play in Lambeau Field, against tougher defense with some quality CB's. But he might be forced to throw a lot just to keep up with Aaron Rodgers and Co..

I just cannot decide. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Toss a coin bro!

Cutler will for the reasons you stated have to throw it alot, but I dont think Sea will be able to run very well against even the lowly rams= lots of passes.

In a similar dilemma myself with Hester -- I know Cutler and him will hookup, but the question is how much? Packers secondary is strong -- no reason to believe they won't be up to the task.

Really kind of a toss up -- I'd almost take Hasselbeck for the home field advantage in the opener. Good luck! ;-D

Hasselback is def the play here...GB has excellent DB's..and St Louis is suspect...I would go with a wait & see approach with Cutler, his new team & that offense early in the season.
Good Luck
