WR Help -- Hester or Harvin? WHIR

This one really has me scratching my head on who to start, because Devin Hester is going up against a strong Packers secondary, where as Harvin is debuting versus a worse Browns defense...

I know Hester will get some points -- my question is, "is there a greater chance that Harvin could blow up for more if him and Favre start clicking?"

I'm a Vikings fan, so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I'd start Harvin. He's going to be returning kicks for the Vikes, and now that B. Wade has been cut, I assume he'll also be the starting slot receiver. Greg Olson is going to be Cutler's main target, and I just don't see Hester being a skilled enough WR to be able to consistently get open against Charles Woodson or Al Harris.

I visited ESPN and KFFL.com

ESPN has Hester rated above Percy, but KFFL has Harvin rated higher and with a "Strong Play" indicator. Based on rakings its a toss up, but I think Harvin is the better play because of the matchup.
