Drop B. Scott for Mike Bell or Cadillac Williams?

Which back would be the best to pick up? Cadillac seems like safer to get more playing time but Bell has great potential. Which would you take?

Cadillac is first option for TB, Bell is 3rd for NO (when Thomas is healthy)

Go with Williams even though he's splitting carries with Graham and Ward. They may sway the carry ratio his way if he keeps proving himself like he did in the preseason and game 1.
