Fraction Scoring???

Hey all Im in aserious fantasy league, just found out it's fractional scoring??

on the stat tracker it says im 63.34 and my opponents is 63.42

but on the main matchup page it says 63 to 63 (yahoo fantsy)

Did I lose by .8 points? this would be the worst loss Ive ever had..
