Trade away LT for...Portis? Grant? Or keep him?

Ok, so like most other LT owners out there, I'm panicking a bit after last night's performance and am wondering if I should try to weather the Norv Turner storm, or unload now before poor LT implodes.

My team as it currently stands (league = 12 teams, 1 PPR, all else is standard scoring):

QB: Schaub
WR: W. Welker, E. Royal, B. Marshall, K. Walter, J. Gage
RB: LT, C. Johnson, Benson, J. Stewart
TE: J. Carlson, D. Keller
K: Kaeding
Def: Dallas

Looking around the league, I've noticed that Portis's owner is severely hurting right now in just about every position other than RB1 (where he has Michael Turner)...he lost Gonzalez, and his next best receivers are Donnie Avery and Deion Branch. Should I try to finagle an LT for Portis, or even an LT for Turner trade and see if the guy will take it?

Addai and Ryan Grant might be other options whose owners may have a WR I could pick up as well. Maybe string LT and B. Marshall together, or LT and Keller, to see what I can get...?
