Iam in a 12 team ppr league and i have fred jackson on my bench.. should i try and trade him to make my team better or hold him? is he worth trading for anthony gonzalez(hurt with knee injury). open to other suggestions

If you can get away with trading him go for it, he is not worth much after Lynch gets back.
