Accept this trade? 100% WHIR

12 team league. 1 PPR, return yardage for punt/kickoff returns (25yd/1pt). We start QB WR WR RB RB W/R TE K DST

I have been offered Leon Washington and Derrick Mason
For my Michael Bush and Burleson

Im thinking about taking the trade, as I already have a good WR corp and my RBs are a little thin. Who has the higher upside of the RBs..is it Michael Bush or L Washington...??? Remember, PPR + Return Yardage...

Here's my roster:
QB Hasselbeck, Cutler
WR Wayne, Jennings, Bowe, Burleson, Holt
RB MJD, Reggie bush, Michael Bush, Buckhalter, Shonn Greene, Cox
TE Witten, Celek
K Brown
DST Eagles

His team:
QB Peyton Manning, Jamarcus
RB Mcfadden, LJ, Willie Parker, Jeroius Norwood, Leon Washington
WR Calvin, Housh, Cribbs, Mason, Collie
TE Schaincoe, Pettigrew
K Carney
DST RAvens

If Bush continues to be used like he was last night, I'd imagine he'd have the upside. He seems to be stealing a lot of carries from RunDMC. I'd probably accept it.

What do you think about this?

Take it. Although I will say Burleson has more upside then Mason, even in PPR leagues. But yeah if you get points for return yardage Leon Washington >>>Bush regardless. Give the other team his DMC handcuff, why not.

whoops, I had the scenario backwards in my head. :-B

I still think you should accept it, considering what samesongndance said above.

I think you should take it. I think they are slowly phasing out thomas jones and Leon washington will have plenty of PPR opportunities and is the most explosive player in the trade. Who knows whats going on in Oakland. Once they realize Jamarcus Russell cant hit the broadside of a barn they will commit to stopping the run.

What do you think?

I would take it, but don't expect too much out of Leon Washington running the ball. His real value will be PPR and return yardage (He returned kickoffs and punts, Jim Leonhard is expected to return some punts for the Jets, but Washington returned 3 and Leonhard only had 1 i believe).

With that being said, there is no way the Jets are slowly phasing out Thomas Jones, he is their guy. He lead the AFC in rushing last season, he just ran for 107 yards and 2 TDs on 20 carries against a legit Houston defense, Leon Washington has been more involved but will not steal any carries running between the tackles from TJ which is what the Jets want to do, also everyones trendy sleeper Shonne Greene didn't see any action.. not exactly a sign of phasing him out, in fact quite the opposite.
