Need help at WR/TE WHIR

I have Hakeem Nicks and I want to dump him and pick up a WR available are:
Brandon stokley
Louis Murphy
Mario Manningham
Laurent Robertson
Robert Meachem
Mark Clayton
Antwan Randel El
Michael clayton
devone Bess
Chansi Stuckey

Who would be best and why? I am in standard scoring league no PPR

Also would you drop Visanthe Shiancoe for any of these TE?

Thanks for the input. I am leaning toward Louis Murphy not really sure why....

I'd pick up Mark Clayton or Meachem in that order. I'm with you on Murphy though. He looks like Russells favorite target aside from Miller. And the Raiders will be throwing alot. Any of those three are a huge upgrade over Nicks though. You can't go wrong.

Clayton/Meachem/Murphy are all viable WR3 options, and I'd be comfortable with any one of them over Nicks. I too would swap TEs and grab Heap. If he starts going cold like last season again, I'd keep an eye on Celek as well.
