i am really thin at rb, as i was drunk after 3 consecutive drafts and so high on moss that I took him at 6...stupid I know...just couldnt get 2007 out of my drunk head, and I was really pushing strong wr cores in all my leagues...this one just a little too hard:
QB:Peyton manning
WR: Randy Moss, Ochocinco, Donnie avery, meachem
RB:Kevin Smith, Knowshon Moreno, Mewelde Moore, James Davis
TE: Shiancoe, Shockey,
I was expecting big things from Ocho, but the bengals looked horrible. Obviously Thomas jones wont give me two td's and 100 plus yards every week, but do you think it is a reasonable deal. I also feel like there are more decent WR's on WW in our league (guys like stuckey, maningham etc.). OR do you guys think that there is a possibility that moreno will be as good as jones once he get up to speed. OR that Mewelde and Davis might develop relevant roles over the course of the season.
I have also been offered lendale white for ocho, and coming into the season and hearing the reports on his health and quitting tequila I was higher on him than jones. But his first game was far from pretty. Is he the better back to target? I mean they are both pretty much the goal line specialists for their teams, but lendale even more so it seems
I really feel like I am only considering this cause of jones' great week 1. I am so lost on this one. A.) I am desperate for a decent rb 2. but B.) I really think ocho will have a comeback year (I drafted him ten picks before jones at 51 and 61 respectively. Thanks in
advance for your thoughts and insights.
