I would do this trade. Cotchery should be a decent WR2 option for you, and Gates is going to be an upgrade over Daniels. Where I think this trade will help you is with Williams. Yes, you have Jackson and Gore right now, but Williams will be a nice bye week fill-in or a potential starter when Jackson starts packing it in. The one thing I might try is to package TO instead of Colston, if the other guy will do it.
