Need Roster advice - WHIR

I have a question, where do I need to upgrade at. I am thinking RB is the place to be. It is a non ppr league and QBs only get 4 pts for passing tds.

I was thinking maybe MJD but i'm not sure how much i'm going to have to give to get him.

Roster: QB, 2 WR, 2 RB, 1 w/r flex, 1 T, 1 D, 1 K
QB: Rodgers, Flacco
RBs: Forte, Grant, Moreno, Lynch, Bradshaw
WRs: C. Johnson, D. Jackson, Marshall, Ochocinco, Harvin
TE: Heap
K: Crosby
Defense: Green Bay
