Trade Advice: P. Crayton for a mid-level RB and D. Henderson

I'm in a H2H League where each team can play 2 WR and 2 RB. Rushing: 10 yds = 1pt & TD = 6 pt. Receptions: 10yds = 1 pt & TD = 6 pt. Return TD = 10pts, 2pt Con = 2pt, and Fumbles = -2.

My RB situation could be better, but I was recently offered Devery Henderson and either Willie Parker, Marshawn Lynch, or Tim Hightower for Patrick Crayton. I'm really tempted to take the trade, but I already lean so heavily on the Saints' offense/is Steven Jackson really going to suck that badly this season.
