Time for a new TE already?

Anybody think I should drop Visanthe Shiancoe in my PPR league for:

Heath Miller
or
Vernon Davis
?

Heath Miller is a better option IMO - Big Ben likes to throw to Heath in the Red Zone... The only issue that I have with Shiancoe is Favre and ADP. I don't think there will be lots of passing in MIN...
