Owen Daniels dropped, should I grab him? WHIR!

I have Antonio Gates but I could almost definitely get some value trying to trade Owen Daniels. My team is pretty solid though so I'm not sure if I have room to drop anyone with.

Team:

QB: McNabb, Cutler
RB: LT2, K. Smith, Bush, Gore, D. Brown
WR: Justin Gage, Earl Bennett, Eddie Royal, Torry Holt, Kevin Walter
TE: Gates

And a defense and kicker.

I'm thinking I drop Holt or Walter if anyone. Thoughts? WHIR!

how many teams in your league? what are the chances of trading him later?

Nah. Daniels isn't anything special. Don't waste a roster spot on a guy like that in hopes of a future trade. Just keep Gates and leave Owen alone.

12 teams, PPR and lots of people drafted back-ups so the TE position is pretty thin. Still leaning towards dropping Holt.

you already have gates no need for a second tight end in my opinion. Garrard needs to throw to someone right? if anything i say drop walter but him and owen will be looked to when AJ is being paid alot of attention but because you can't start two TE's and ur only looking for trade value later i say no since ur already thin at wr u won't get a decent back up wr since many people already have two te's and have no need for a third.

My thoughts exactly. Gates+one of my RB's could easily net me a top WR/RB especially after how they all let down.
