You said lots of owners drafted backup TEs, so there may not be many bites for Daniels if you try and trade him. However, packaging Gates + another player could land you a stud RB or WR like others have said. I'd try it (by dropping Holt) if you are willing to part with Gates.

Good luck, and please see mine:

I would definately pick him up......Owen is a top 5 TE!!!

I would drop anyone of (D.Brown, almost anyone of your WR's)

The best thing and the thing I would do though is try trading a WR and maybe D.Brown to the Addai owner and try and get a top WR. None of your WR's are top 10 or even top 15 so that is what you should try working on and then grab Daniels. If Daniels won't be there by the time a trade goes through (it shouldn't be) then drop Holt, try trading a WR and D.Brown or 2 WR's for a top quality WR and then go to the WW and grab Holt back or a different WR.

No way Daniels should be on the WW in any league!!!

Thanks for the input. I don't have much to add other than that I agree with the idea of baiting gates and rb/wr and sticking on daniels. Looks like a solid move to me.
