Who to start at RB3

I have Leon Washington and Ray Rice in my 12 team league. We don't have Points per reception but if a RB catches a TD, the TD is worth 12 points (or if a QB runs a TD, worth 12, etc.) So who should I start as my 3rd RB behind Chris Johnson and Brian Westbrook? Ray Rice is playing SD, Leon Washington is playing New England. All opinions are appreciated.

man I like ray rice this week against SD although washington has a decent matchup, my gut tells me to go rice.
