12-team Yahoo H2H PPR League
need to start: QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, W/R (flex), TE, K, DEF/ST
QBs (pick 1): Carson Palmer (@ GB), Matt Schaub (@ TENN) WRs (pick 3): Reggie Wayne (@ MIA), Marques Colston (@ PHI), DeSean Jackson (vs NO), Laurent Robinson (@ WAS) RBs (pick 2): Matt Forte (vs PIT), Ray Rice (@ SD), Darren McFadden (@ KC), Michael Bush (@ KC) W/R (FLEX) (pick 1): any or the remaining WRs or RBs TEs (pick 1): Dallas Clark (@ MIA), Zach MIller (@ KC) K: Nate Kaeding (vs BAL) DEF/ST (pick 1): Steelers (@ CHI), Chargers (vs BAL)
...so am I crazy to consider benching Matt Forte vs the Steelers and consider starting BOTH Darren McFadden and Michael Bush vs KC??? Also, who's the better start at QB? Palmer? Shaub? or should I begin to look at the waiver wire for another QB? If so, who do I drop and who do I pick up?
Yes I think you're crazy for sitting Forte for two running backs from the same team
Palmer Wayne, Colston Forte, McFadden Rice Clark Kaeding Steelers
The only one I'd think about is starting Schaub over Palmer.
QB - Brees, R Wilson RB - Turner, Morris, Mendenhall, Powell, Best WR - Ca.Johnson, Maclin, A Brown, T. Smith, Jeffery TE - Bennett K - Hartley DEF - Arizona
QB: Schaub - Don't give up on him just quite yet b/c NYJ ran all over Houstan last week, he has A Johnson and Slaton backing him, I may be biased b/c Im a huge Texans fan though =P
WR: Wayne, Colston, Jackson - Solid lineup right there
RB: Forte, McFadden - With Polamalu out, yes, you are crazy for thinking about benching Forte, Cutler has alot to prove this game and its pretty obvious his passing game isnt up to par as of yet so expect him to hand off the ball more often than not. Love McFadden this year, expect to see alot from him, Russell has two targets, McFadden and Miller
Flex: Rice - I have rice on my team as well but with him putting up 110 rushing yards last week, 10 receiving and SD's defense looking like it did on Monday Night against the Raiders, Im gonna take my chances.
TE: I like Miller in this matchup, he looked great on Monday night against SD and Russell loves throwing to ball to him.
DEF: Steelers, even without Polamalu, still looks much better than San Diego
