PPR League: Norwood or Brown?

Point per reception:

Would you rather have Norwood or Ronnie Brown. Brown was just dropped to waivers in my league and the best candidate to drop is norwood to pick him up.

Only thing is: Norwood is looking to catch a good 5 or so balls a week... That's nearly an entire touchdown.... He's kinda looking like Derrick Ward type material in ATl which is usually money in the bank for PPR.

Help me out!

id rather have ronnie brown sure norwood can catch 5 passes for 30 yards and give u 8 points but brown is the starter and will get catches too
