Who has better upside? R Meachem or J Cribbs

I proposing a trade, Robert Meachem for Joshua Cribbs.

PPR league with return yards and TD.

I have Robert Meachem but I also have Jeremy Shockey, Pierre Thomas, and Mike Bell all on NO Saints. I figure that I need to diversify and trade for Cribbs. I think both are even as far as production. Cribbs is better in return game but Meachem has D Bress throwing to him. What do you guys think? Thanks.
