Alright, so my squad is this:

Ryan
Jennings / Housh
Forte / Barber

I need a RB/WR Flex spot from the following:

Holmes vs CHI
JJones vs SF
Hester vs PIT
Cadillac vs BUF
Murphy vs KC

And which TE :

Carlson vs SF
Cooley vs STL

I'd play JJ in a non PPR league. He might be a mid draft sleeper this year if he keeps up what he did last week! Start him with confidence.

Go with Cooley this week if you decide to play JJ. Don't want to "put all your eggs in one basket" with the Seahawks players. Cooley was also productive last week. Can't really go wrong either way.
