Someone just dropped Anthony Gonzolez..Should I pick up?

In a 12 team league, so good free agents are hard to come by. Should I pick him up hope he pans out mid season?

Drop Hixon or Avery. Hixon plays in a run-first offense with two capable backs and Eli doesn't look like he's going to play favorites this year. And Avery for the reason that the Rams are just awful.

I dropped the Pats D, added Gonzalez and am going to play the D match up game... Is Washington available in your league? They have the Rams then Detroit
