Ok i dont have a kicker or defense right now and im trying to make 2 for 1 deals. I would like to drop avery for someone i could use as trade bait, or perhaps pick up someone who would replace someone i will trade

Okay, your waiver wire is absolutely loaded and you should take advantage of that immediately. Here are the moves I would suggest:
1. Avery for Carlson (if anything Carlson can be traide bait since you already have Clark)
2. L. Johnson for Hightower (Johnson will have an underwhelming year... he is going down)
3. Winslow for Bennett (Cutler targeted him a bunch and it looks like it will be a trend. The more that happens the more comfortable they will get and soon Bennett will be Chicago's Eddie Royal from last year)
4. Caddy for Bell. (New Orleans newspapers are already saying Bell could take the starting gig from Thomas, who is struggling with an injury right now)
Henderson might be worth picking up instead of Carlson, I guess, just due to the redundance at the position, but dag... someone else would get lucky with that one since Carlson looks to be the number one receiving target in Seattle right now. No matter what, you can afford to lose Winslow and Avery, though, and it would be an improvement.
