12 team league, standard scoring, 0.5 PPR, 4 pts per 100 yds rushing.
VERY strict roster rules. We MUST have 2 QBs, 3 RBs, 4 WRs, 2 TEs, 2 D/STs, 2 Ks.
QB: Schaub, Garrard
RB: Forte, Benson, Lynch
WR: Megatron, White, Royal, Harvin
TE: Gates, Shiancoe
D/ST: MIA, ATL
K: Vinatieri, Carney

An owner dropped McFadden for Fred Jackson. As you can see above, I'd have to drop Benson or Lynch in order to get DMC.
I like RBs who don't have to split too many touches. It looks like Lynch may end up splitting with Jackson once he comes back, but I'd hate to drop him and he comes back and is a stud. Benson might have a few more good weeks in him and I'd hate to prematurely dump him, especially with Forte facing the Steelers this week.
So should I pick up McFadden? If so should I drop Benson or Lynch?
Thanks, and leave a link so I can return the favor...
Passing TDs = 4 All other TDs = 6 100 yd rushing bonus = 4 PPR All other basic scoring
So, your roster forces you to actually carry that many players at each position or you have to actually start that many players at each position? We may need to know that in order to help you with this question.
Don't drop Lynch. I think he'll be fine when he comes back and Buffalo will be geared towards the run as the weather turns. I think Benson will be a solid if not spectacular back and McFadden has to share carries with Fargas and Bush. I think you stand pat.

That's my roster. I start 1 QB, 2 RBs, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 flex, 1 D, 1 K.
Thanks for asking me to clarify. Didn't want to confuse anyone.

So, is it even possible to do a 2-for-1 deal or would your roster rules prevent that from happening at all? If you could, I might try and package Lynch and, say, Schaub, for a healthy top-notch QB like Aaron Rodgers. That would free up an open roster spot for McFadden. Of course, if the 2-for-1 would be prevented from happening because of your roster rules, then that wouldn't be an option. My first impulse, though, is to offer Lynch with someone else in a 2-for-1 deal to upgrade another position.

That's already in the works actually! It's pending on the other owner but I didn't want to pass up DMC if he was worth grabbing.

Yeah, if a 2 for 1 is possible I would try that....otherwise I still think I would drop Lynch for DMC. I think McFadden will outperform Lynch because Lynch will be splitting carries or maybe come out on passing downs for Jackson.

Okay, good. Thats what I would do if I were in your spot. What deal do you have pending? You need to make sure it gets done ASAP, as most smart owners will want to pick up McFadden. Is it possible for you to drop your backup TE to get McFadden now? Once that trade goes through, you can always add a backup TE to be in compliance with your league rules. Is that possible or is that prevented by your league rules?
Thanks for the help with mine. I'm kinda high on McFadden this year so I would drop Lynch if you have to and pick him up. The way Jackson has played so far, he is bound to steal a lot of touches from Lynch. Good luck!
Drop Benson for mcfadden. If you are worried about this weeks matchup with forte at Pittsburgh. RunDMC draws the pitiful Kansas City Chiefs. C'mon....you dont get much more coushy than that. Benson's road is gonna get tougher down the line as defenses key on him and make the bengals win through the air. Good luck and help with mine if you can.
