Boldin for Rice??!! WHIR

I have been offered Boldin/Cardinals def for Ray Rice/Packers def. As you can see from my team posted below, i have some good RB depth, but need some help at WR, as I don't really trust Edwards or Evans. Thanks, and WHIR! 12 team, standard CBS scoring. i have bolded my starters.

QB- P Manning, delhomme
RB- S Jackson, C Johnson, Rice, Washington, Hightower
WR- R White, Edwards, Evans, Coles, Hixon
TE- Z Miller, Watson
K- Elam

OK, do you have to start 3 RBs, or is Rice just your flex spot?

I ask because if you have to start 3 RBs I wouldn't do it. That means you'd have to start Washington or Hightower each week.

However, if you only start 2 RBs and Rice was your flex, I'd jump all over this deal. Yeah you are downgrading at D/ST, but Boldin is worth it.

Good point of clarification: Rice is my flex spot...we can start RB/WR/TE in the flex spot, so we are not forced to start 3 RB's.

I'm kinda torn. On one hand Boldin is banged up and Rice is getting the majority of the carries in Balt. On the other, if you move Rice you'll be left with S Jax and CJ who right now I'm not completely sold on.

If you think that S Jax will turn it around then I would make the move, otherwise stay put. Personally I think RB depth is more important then WR so I would probably make the move....plus GB is an upgrade over ARI Def.

I would not do the deal. Rice is the man in Balt, even though he loses some goal line carries to McGahee. But really, does that scare you? Boldin has injury concerns.

I'd keep Rice for now as I think his stock will continue to rise and the Cardinals might not be as prolific as last year.

I think Rice is going to have a breakout year and Bolding is getting older and only more banged up. Plus Warner is not 100% and it's showing.

I wouldn't give up the Packers Defense for anything right now. They look like a top 5 Defense easily

That trade is a big N-O in my book. I dont like boldin this year. Not for rice and elite defense who is gonna be topping fantasy charts every week with the new look 3-4 that they are throwin at people. And the cardinals D is a joke for an offer. You'd need a decent rb in return. mcfadden or willie parker like....or ray rice like. Dont make this trade. help with mine. good luck.
