Quarterback quandry

I started the season 0-1 this year in a ten team H2H league (played against ADP). I was rolling the dice with McNabb and Palmer as my QB's. With McNabb's injury I can't afford to get down 0-2 in my division. I'm not confident in Palmer at all this week based on both his and the Packers performaces last week. My question is, should I drop Palmer or someone else on my team and pick up either Joe Flacco(could be good all year) or Jason Campbell(1 week wonder). Here are the league rules and my team.

10-team H2H; 1pt/25 yds passing, 1pt/10 yds rushing/receiving, all TD's 6pts.

I had the same QB's as you. What I did was drop Carson Palmer for Hasselbeck. I'd hold onto McNabb and basically look at the schedule of Flacco and Palmer and gut check which one you feel the most confident with. Oakland passed the ball on San Diego's pretty well where as the Bears didn't fare so well against the Packers Defense. This week I would say choose Flacco
