A guy in my league really wants Chris Johnson. He's offering Andre Johnson, Steven Jackson, and McNabb for my Chris Johnson, Roddy White, and Matt Ryan. Should I do it or maybe offer something different or stay put?

No way you do this.

He's unloading three underperformers for a top-tier RB in CJ and a really good WR in White. Sjax sucked in the opener and will suck again this year. Andre Johnson is a great player but is on a bad team and he doesn't score enough TDs.

Stay put.

McNabb's already hurt and is a 32-year old running Qb. Why would you want that?

I'd stay put. The trade is probably even (though I wouldn't want McNabb right now), which means the guy isn't paying much of a premium. See if he'll sweeten the pot.
