start crayton or randle el ppr 12

i'm in a 12 ppr, and having a hard trying figure would be the better starting WR Patrick Crayton or Antwaan Randle el . the only reason im concerned is the cowboys will be playing the giants while redskins are playing the rams.
i have include my team and my opponent team , i dont think i can beat him ,so i need some serious help .
