Flex Option this week?

I have to choose between the following..Non PPR

W. Parker @ CHI
A. Bradshaw @ Dallas
D. Hester vs PIT
I. Bruce vs. Seattle
L. Washington vs. NE


I really have no idea here..I'm concerned about W. Parker, high on Bradshaw, Hester is gonna either have a huge game or 3 points, Bruce seems like a pretty safe 5-10, and Washington could be 2 points or 15.

Any help or advice.
