Forte concerns ... and WR dillemma!

Postby ufbrandon » Fri Sep 18, 2009 4:20 pm

Standard scoring, not a PPR league.

Forte is up against Pittsburgh this week, and he had a hard time last week.

Here are my choices, I need to pick two:

Forte @ Pitt
McFadden @ K.C.
Leon Washington @ New England

Do I go with Leon Washington over Forte this week???

Also, who looks best at Wide Receiver, I need to pick 2 from the following:
Lee Evans v. Tampa Bay
Percy Harvin @ Detroit
Ochocinco @ Green Bay
Derrick Mason @ San Diego

Thanks!

Id go with McFadden. As much as I rooting for Leon Washington this week I think the Pats will gameplan for him keeping his numbers down. McFadden rushed for 160 yards and a TD last year against the chiefs and I expect similar numbers this week. However, Leon is always a threat for a kickoff return TD. Id say McFadden is the safer pick and leon has the bigger upside.

As for WR Id go with Percy Harvin and Ochocinco. I know it will be really easy for the Vikings to run the ball all day against detroit but look what Brees did last week. I think this will be a good week for Favre to show people that hes not only there to hand the ball off and Harvin will take advantage of that. As for Chad, he goes against GB who looked good last week only because Cutler looked so bad. And he's already planning to lambo leap if he scores, which he's usually a man of his word
