I'd go with Taylor for sure (especailly since it's a PPR league)... hopefully the vickings blow them out early, and then let taylor play garbage time (highly probable). either way he'll get some touches regardless, and the lions r obviously weak against the run. gage would also be a decent choice, but nate wash. is coming back this week and might take some balls from him (i still view him as a decent flex play too). overall, go with Taylor!!
I like Taylor too...in fact I'm playing him at my flex this week also and I'm a Peterson owner...Min will dominate on the ground and Taylor catches 90% of the balls out of the backfield so even better in PPR
I don't understand the philosophy of thinking a backup RB who catches a couple passes a game is all of a sudden a star performer in a PPR league.
PPR does nothing but help Gage. No way Taylor has more catches than Gage, Gage should have more yardage, and is just as likely to get a TD.
I would rank them:
Gage--nice start Mcgahee--I think he is a good start too Taylor--no way. How many carries did he get last week when AP went for 180 and 3 tds??
i think the theory behind it is to play the matchup... vs. detroit they should have an early lead and possibly rest up ap near the end of the game, right?
