Ray Rice is probably your staple starter, I imagine. He is the man in Baltimore.
Fred Jackson had a nice game! He may not eclipse 15 again, but he'll most certainly see the majority of the carries for Buffalo. He's playing with the idea that he has something to prove. You may as well use him while Lynch is still on suspension.
For the third? Flip a coin? haha
If you were in a PPR league, I'd say to go with Jackson for sure. The Rams don't have too many people to throw to. He has a decent matchup against the Redskins.
If you aren't in a PPR, I'd stick with Larry Johnson. Oakland is a better team this year ... but I wasn't at all impressed with their run defense. LJ has another decent season left in him. The Chief's are hoping, I'm sure.
