I think USC just really isn't very good this year.

USC is just very young in a lot of key places. Even if every single guy you're putting in is a 5 star recruit they still need some growing time.

Totally. And still they can compete year in and year out, they really have a fantastic program. Saying they're not very good this year is silly. Not as good as years past? sure. But just "not very good?" No, they can compete with anybody.
