flacco or rivers? i have sproles

Thinking of starting Rivers:
- I have Sproles starting and it's a PPR league
- LT is out, as a result I expect alot of screens to Sproles like the TD he got last week
- I expect Rivers to pass more with LT out

Reasons why I may start Flacco:

- Chargers offensive line isn't in the best shape right now
- I think in the end his overall stats may be better, he is red hot right now and sometimes you gotta ride the lightening

FYI, I drafted Rivers (third QB that went in the league) in the 4th round and Flacco in the 12th round for a 12 team league.

I know you have some investment in Phillip Rivers ... but I would start Joe Flacco. San Diego's defense let the Raiders get away with deep balls (thrown by .. JaMarcus!). I know it sucks to play matchups when you're looking at your star QB ... but I'm thinking that's what you're going to have to do until he gets his head on straight. (or proves that he has some confidence in actually throwing the ball.) I think he'll throw a lot more to the sidelines ... inch his way up ... Sproles should be his go-to guy for screens. And TD's are more likely to come on the ground.

Baltimore does have Ray Rice .... but I think that they're developing a little more confidence in Flacco. He'll likely have more opportunity to have TDs through the air.

Also ... have never been a fan of Rivers.

thanks.. I think I will go with Flacco and sit Rivers once again ... started Flacco against the Chiefs last week. ESPN has him projected much higher wheres as CBS has Rivers slightly ahead. Didn't think about the deep balls the Charger D gave up, lets hope they don't correct it this week lol.
