Right now I have Shockey in because I think the Saints have to many weapons and Shockey will get favourable coverage but I could be convinced to change.

I think both of your choices, are viable ones! However, due to the match-up, I would go with Winslow. And since Antonio Bryant is out, Winslow can get some more touches.
