drop Bears DST? WHIR

Postby wolfbear702 » Sun Sep 20, 2009 8:44 am

Should I drop the Bears DST and pick up Seattle DST? the seahawks and jets are the top 2 free agents in my league. the bears have GB again and Vikings twice. Are they worth trying to hold on to? Should I just use the free agency each week for DST? They do have Hester for returns but with Urlacker gone the may colaspe.

J-E-T-S. Jets, Jets, Jets... or stick with CHI. Seattle has 3 injuries on Def if I remember correctly. Sorry I don't have a link or recall who they were but I'm sure I read they were beat up. Chicago should be pretty solid but you should only expect occasional return duty from Hester with Knox and Manning on the roster... they're great too though.

Bears - even though urlacher is out, they still have enough weapons to do good. GB is a high powered offense and they needed an awesome play action - and nathan vasher falling down - to score pts.

I have the bears d and im starting them this week. I think hester might be due for some touchdowns on ST same with daniel manning. Plus urlacher was out for the majority of last weeks game nd the bears performed great.

Stick with the Bears until their Week 5 bye. They have a great history of defensive and return TDs under Dave Taub, and force a lot of TOs. So even when they give up points, they usually score decently.

For now, stay the course. If they're in disarray at Week 5, you'll know.
