Man I had high expectations for this guy. I fortunately didn't get him but am baffled in this injury.

He was dropped in my league so I took a gamble on him. I think he'll most definitely be back next week. I'm hoping he can just jump into the mix right away.

Shooting for week 4. Another injured player I was counting on.
Good Luck with your team(s), unless you're playin' mine.

So what the hell is going on? God I hate how sketchy the NFL is with injuries, say look this guy is done or hey he is playing, not this should or could BS. Heres just yet another contradicting posting:

Fri, Sep 25
Texans head coach Gary Kubiak said Walter (hamstring) "should be ready to go" Sunday against the Jaguars, the Texans' official site reports.
Recommendation: Walter has missed the first two weeks of the season with the injury.
(Rotowire.com)

Needless to say he would be a sweet flex play for me in my 16 team points league, but to hell with it I'm not even risking it. Hes riding the pine in favor of Bobby Wade and Johnnie Lee Higgins until he actually shows up in the boxscore. So take as much time as you want Walter and the Texans, you can't tell me hes down for what like 5 weeks now with a hammy? Pure BS and thus far a wasted pick...

From the Texans website

Walter eyes return: Wide receiver Kevin Walter missed the first two games with a hamstring injury, but he hopes to play on Sunday against the Jaguars. The Texans' No. 2 receiver, who set career highs with 899 yards and eight touchdowns in 2008, was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday and Thursday.

This is the latest on CBS website, from Roto.
