Flex question - A. Johnson or R. Rice

I had made the decision to use always must start A. Johnson (@ Ten). However, news reports give an 80% chance of rain. Should I sit him for R. Rice (@ SD)?

Hard to sit Andre Johnson, he should still get whatever balls there are to go around there. Wish I had choices this nice though, you could start Rice and not feel bad about it, although his TD's may get vultured all year.

Andre has a better chance to score a TD and Schaub will make sure to get him the ball this week.
