Did Chris Johnson Just Have the Best Ever Performance in FF

Adrian Peterson, when he broke the single game rushing record. 296 yards, 3 TDs, 1 reception for 19 yards.

dropped 49 in a non PPR.

In a PPR CJ4.24 is probably the best of all time.

In one of my leagues the guy didnt start CJ4.24...he still won but he would have came close to 200 had he.

Who did he start over CJ3?

Marion Barber and DeAngelo Williams. He's still winning by like 70.

Why on earth did you let him get that many top RB1s?

Ah, I remember a number of these performances. Just to add a few that come to mind:

Someone mentioned Westbrook but the best PPR performance he had was vs. Green Bay a few years back and he only posted about 48 points. He had 3 TDs, 11 catches for 156 yards, and 37 yards rushing. I think that same week Jujo went for something like 200 yards and 3 TDs vs. Seattle. I remember getting an absurd amount of points that week just from my RBs (C-mart, westy, and jujo).

Shaun Alexander had a Sunday or Monday night performance in which I believe he posted 5 TDs in the first half.

In regards to Priest, the best performance I remember was when he went over 100 yards rushing and receiving against Seattle. I think it's very close to CJ's numbers (about 56 points in standard PPR).

As far as wideouts go, Steve Smith and Chad Johnson have both had some monster games but the best one I remember is the Jimmy Smith one. I want to say there's another I'm forgetting though. I know chambers had a 3 TD game though I don't think he had all that many receiving yards.

If you're in a league in which passing TDs are 6 pts, then I think a couple QBs may have eclipsed 56 points. Peyton, Brady, and Brees have all had 6 TD games though I don't know how many yards they totaled.
