Week 3...Who to start at RB and QB

Postby kpeterson » Sun Sep 20, 2009 9:18 pm

Who should i start out of these players

Running back: I can start two of them

Fred Jackson
DeAngelo Williams
Clinton Portis
Darren McFadden

Pretty sure i'll bench McFadden, but of the other three I have no clue what to do...all seem like good choices

Quarterback:

Tony Romo
Matt Shaub

Defense:

Philadelphia vs. Kansas City
Washington vs. Detroit

I feel like I have a pretty strong team, I wish I could start everyone haha
Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated
Thanks
QB - B. Favre, M. Sanchez
WR - A. Johnson, S. Smith (Car), M. Clayton, T. Owens, V. Jackson
RB - A. Foster, M. Jones Drew, P. Thomas, R. Williams
TE - J. Witten, A. Hernandez
K - M. Nugent
DEF - Minnesota, San Diego

I think D. williams and Portis. Williams has a lot of upside and can have a big day and I think Portis is a safer play since he will get the touches.

I like Schaub's match up this week against the Jags, so I would go with him...I wouldn't blame anyone for starting romo though, he always has potential to have huge games.

Philly D should be able to pressure Cassel and force him into some mistakes.

Vincent Jackson has been making huge plays and Rivers looks to go deep to him often. I would also go with Boldin

Yea that's the exact lineup I used this last week, and it didn't turn out as I had hoped. I will give it another try this week and hopefully the matchups are a little more in my favor
