I would do it.

But only because you have another elite TE on the bench.

It's a tough call.. Witten is nullified by the fact you have Dallas Clark. And I don't think Warner is that big of a drop from Brady. So essentially you're pretty much trading Megatron for LT, Jacobs, and Bowe. Bowe has done decent but the other 2 have underperformed. But of course Megatron hasn't put up a monster game either. I think this trade is in your favor if you think Jacobs(who does have an easier schedule coming up) and LT can perform like they were projected.

I think that having Clark on your bench really helps out with this deal. I'm assuming that this is a redraft league. I would take the qb's out and see if he goes for this deal. I know that Warner had a great game yesterday, but he is much older and I'm not sure he will make it through the entire season.

I hold off on this deal. I like Kevin Smith a lot, and your other RBs make decent RB2 plays. I love Brady over Warner simply due to health, and I love Calvin Johnson over Bowe. Something tells me you will regret doing this deal, AND it will leave you with a roster full of low-end RB1s and borderline RB2s.
