It really depends on what type of league you play in. If you're in PPR like me, then I think Steve Smith is the easy choice. He gets targetted a lot by Manning, and is a great route runner who gets open. He has sure hands. Despite people saying that he won't be a Red Zone threat, a great route runner will still get open and get his TDs (like he did last night).
Don't get me wrong, Manningham is a good option, especially in non PPR leagues. He does look like he will break out. However, remember that Hixon was out of the game last night and affects Mario's targets. Either way, these guys need to be on the radar screen. However, people talking about dropping #1 receivers for these dudes are going a bit over board.
Smell what my team is cookin'?

I agree with the above post. I am in a non ppr league and i picked up Manningham last night. In a ppr i would go with Smith.
