What should I do. Mike Bell is playing great but just sprained his MCL. Benson has done well for me this season and this would def. be selling high on him. But with the uncertainty of NO backfield should I stick with Benson and ride him out. Cinci looked good yesterday against a "good" DEF. Or try to trade Benson and Hightower while the value is there.
12 team, 2 Keeper league (one must be a rookie on your bench by week 3), ppr, h2h, 6pts/all tds, 1/30yrds passing, 1/10yrds rushing/receiving, 3 pts bonus for 300passing yrds/100rushing yrds/ 100 receiving yrds.

how many RB do you start? Trade LT and Hightower for a WR1/2 and start Benson as your RB2, there aren't many RBs in the league who aren't in a comittee and that will save the headache each week. If you can get a top third receiver I'd do that.
If you only start 2 of each deal LT and benson/hightower for a top RB if you can.
RIght now I'd hang onto Benson I don't think he's a great rb but he's getting all the touches in Cinnci and has been productive thus far. The saints rb situation is a mess right now for fantasy owners Thomas and Bell are both banged up and will likely be in a time share when there both healthy. Not to mention Bush is still a threat to cut into the workload.
I'm going to agree with the above posts and say you should hang on to Benson, at least for now. I have him as well, and as others have said, his role as the sole back in Cinci looks to ensure a fairly steady workload. NO has Brees and Bush, both of which will possibly steal some of Pierre's thunder. Benson just seems that he'll be the more consistent producer, at least comparatively.
As for a trade, deal LT if you can. I (again) have him, and am looking to do the same. For a package, I'd opt for LT/Hightower over LT/Benson if you can (for the above reasons), although if you need to give up both LT and Benson for a great RB, do it.
