I have been trying to pry Jennings from another owner with no luck. Now that Jennings dropped a goose egg yesterday, should I resume my trade discussions? I think he will bounce back and may be able to get him on the cheap.

Depends on how much the owner knows about Jennings. Most will know he wasn't 100% and didn't play in the usual amount of snaps as he would normally.
Most owners might ask for a little less now but they will still demand a WR1 or some other offer that will make it even, you wont be able to steal Jennings from anyone.

My offer would be Boldin straight up.

Depends on how you feel about both of them.
it's about even in terms of WR1 status.
That might work though.

My logic is that Jennings is a clear cut #1 on a high-performing offense. Meanwhile Boldin is the #2 on an offense that seems to be struggling a bit.

They are both number 1 WR's on both high performing offenses.
The only reason Boldin had less than Fitz last year was because of his injury.

If I owned Boldin I probably wouldn't make that trade and if I owned Jennings I probably wouldn't make that trade either. It's really a toss up if you think Jennings will have a better year then Boldin then do it but it's one of those trades where if Boldin has a great game and Jennings has a bad game(like yesterday) you'll be kicking yourself.... Warner actually targets Boldin more then Fitz he's definitley a stud and this trade is really a matter of preference you can make arguments for both.
