Considering dropping Henry...Who to pick up?

Chris Henry had been almost non-existent in the first few games and Im considering looking at the waiver wire for a replacement.

Mario Manningham and Mike Sims-Walker seem to be the best options. Both seem to have taken over the #2 WR role, but which one should I pick up?

I'd stick with Henry.

Don't touch Sims-Walker.

I'd prefer Steve Smith in PPR leagues too.
